Marking its largest footprint to date, AAG 2026 occupied 85,000 sqm across seven halls of the Poly World Trade Expo Center (PWTC). The show set new benchmarks, gathering 1,818 exhibitors presenting innovations from across the supply chain, and 54,219 visitors from 93 countries and regions. In addition, 36 fringe events addressed key industry trends over three days. At its core, AAG served as a gateway for domestic brands to expand globally and meet international companies, connecting them to Southeast Asia and the global automotive aftermarket to empower the sector’s continued development.
A record number of exhibitors has showcased innovative products and solutions across the entire automotive aftermarket value chain at the show, forming a one-stop platform for industry exchange. Notably, the Parts & Components Zone hosted established brands and emerging market players to present new developments in chassis and suspensions, braking systems, engines, hybrid propulsion systems, and more. This all-encompassing display underscored domestic industry upgrades and its capacity to manufacture high-quality products compatible with various car models globally. Concurrently, the Accessories & Customising / Automobile Service Zone featured modification products for off-roading, car-camping gear, internal and external customisation, parts for performance upgrades, heat-shielding protection films, specialised NEV care products, and more, echoing South China’s demand for personalised upgrades, outdoor lifestyle products, and car care solutions. Elsewhere, sustainability was the focus of the Remanufacturing Zone, which included advanced technologies and equipment such as remanufactured engines, transmissions, electric control units and starter motors, among others, demonstrating its value in the industry’s commitment to lower carbon emissions.
This edition also saw 36 fringe events, which included customised vehicle showcases, business matching sessions and panel discussions, gathering professionals and academics from industry-leading companies and high-calibre institutes to share insights on various topics shaping the industry’s future. These events delivered market analysis and practical solutions to help businesses expand and capture opportunities in emerging markets. In addition, the expanded UTS Customising Salon area featured a range of immersive experiences and attracted industry professionals, automotive customisation enthusiasts and motorsports drivers alike, while successfully promoting the Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA) automotive culture to a wider audience.
The show welcomed 48 buyer delegations who were seeking products such as automotive components and customising products. This participation solidified AAG’s positioning as a bridge connecting domestic and international market players, and the accelerating momentum across the GBA.
Additionally, in cooperation with mainstream media and various social media platforms, the show featured an online livestream session on the first day to amplify its reach and influence, offering an interactive tour around the fairground to showcase new products and forums.
